Stiv is a semi-ordinary citizen from the future chosen for the job of Justice! dispersal mostly because he has an impossible metabolism that makes him immune to the effects of spooning lots of lard into his mouth, and thus looks like a normal American citizen from the time period he was chosen to visit. Upon entering this era, Stiv and his robot FOOTASTIC acquired an apartment dubbed "Secret Underground Snowbase Box" somewhere in the wastelands of Colorado, and Stiv assumed his cover identity of a drunken college student majoring in mathematics. Sometimes he likes to play make-believe that he's Bertrand Russel, but then he remembers that Bertrand Russel's zombie brain destroyed America in the future, and he cries. He enjoys photography, math, jetpacks, and hating your stupid, stupid culture.
